Couldn't we all just get along?

One of the reasons why we can't feel the spirit of Christmas - is because of all the blood spilled on the ground.

But anyways. I'm not in the mood to talk serious. I'm currently watching 24 and its too much (ha,ha!).

Do you want to know how silly Andrew is? Oh who cares if you're not interested, I'm letting you know anyways!

Since we got our MMS and GPRS settings activated together last Sunday (ha,ha! Di naman super late no?) since we got our new phones, we've been sending MMS messages even if we're like 5 inches away from each other.

Today, after decorating the Christmas tree (which was, by the way the first time in years I felt the Christmas spirit again), I took a photo and sent it to him, using this word that I learned from Cams. too. Heehee. His reply was something that made my day.

ABBIE: MERRY CHRISTMAS, BEB! Payce Niggah! Bizzack! Hahaha!

ANDREW: My X-mas socks por x-mas! Merry Christamas!

Hey guess what, yesterday someone called for me, but since I wasn't home, my grandmum jotted his number down so I'd call him as soon as I got home. But since I got home late I called him today. When I dialed the number the operator answered:
"Welcome to Solar Entertainment Corporation..."

I gasped.
Solar Entertainment.

I submitted my entry about two weeks ago but haven't sent them photos yet.
When I got to talk to Onel (the person who called me up yesterday) later that afternoon, he was already verifying all the information I sent in the online registry form. When it came to my height, I said 5'3". And there was a long pause between us and you can tell that he was smiling while saying "Mmm..." and I replied saying the same thing. Ha,ha! He said that there would be a slight problem with the height but I told him that I submitted an entry anyways because it was worth a shot.

He then asked if I submitted photos already but I said I haven't yet. I immediately suggested I'd submit them, just in case. And he agreed.
"Just in case." We both said.

Just in case God says that I'm meant to get in. Then I'm meant to get in.
That's how life is supposed to be.

I'm thankful I finally feel the Christmas spirit.
I can't wait to write my annual year-ender report this December, and my New Year Predictions, too.

A SHOUT-OUT to Chesca and Cariri for both looking ubergreat in Candy's December ish (I grabbed a copy today, and as usual Candy still never fails to please the 13-year-old in me!)

Ack. Will upload more photos tomorrow, the ones taken the other day and yesterday. I'm really tired.

I miss you Babe!

Bonding, Borat and Camwhoring.

We went to Shangri-la today to pick-up the shirt I had reserved at Zara. Thanks again to Saab who told me where she got the shirt I recently saw on her Multiply (her friend was wearing it and later on she ended up getting it too not noticing na magkapareho sila. heehee.) It was skull-printed so kahit matawag na akong gaya-gaya okay lang! ha,ha. Thanks Zuv. I know you don't mind! Heehee.

I also got a gift for Drew's sister at Zara, since we'll be spending the weekend in Pangasinan and Kaye's birthday is on the 28th. Wah.

And then we watched Borat!
It was funny. But I kind of expected more.

On the way to the cinema I saw the Happy Feet stall and I wanted to get this Mumble keychain to use it as a charm for my bag. Ha,ha. Grr.

Sorry, camwhoring (especially at Zara) is a guilty pleasure. I know I look like a poser though. But who cares? Hahaha.

The overused peace sign.

I love this top.

Gaya-gaya ako kay Saab!

Mom and Drew. Love you both to bits!

Love. Ha,ha! Cheesy.

I love you SO MUCH Mom, you're totally THE best!

Anyways,I really hate that I've said "I'll pass" on almost every offer made and every VTR go-see invite I get! I mean, there's like always something in the way of me being able to go back into a studio! That really sucks.

Essy just texted me asking if I could do a fashion ed with her but I ended up saying "I can't" again since I'll be up North at the weekend. It sucks, really. But I can't give up spending time at Drew's. I just hate that I've been letting too many opportunties pass by, and to think that I'm struggling in this industry which I don't know if I am already a part of but oh well. God has a plan for me.

Something funny happened today. After having dinner I was singing "But its better if you do", and less than 3 seconds later my phone rang, in which "But its better if you do" was my call alert.

Ha,ha. Just sharing.

I wanna watch a lot of films!
The Nativity Story. Apocalypto. Blood Diamond. The Reaping.

Sheesh. I still haven't seen "Ang Pamana" yet! Grr.

Get me a soundtrack of THE BEACH!

Hello, Moto!

Well whaddya know.

My Mom and I were already booked to leave for Jeddah on Sunday. But somehow God wants us to leave after Christmas (on the 29th to be exact). Well, its better than leaving on January. Besides there are so many unfinished business here.

Anyways, yesterday, I finally got a MotoRazr V3x! I know its been a long time since it was out but who cares? Its hot pink and it flips and I love it! I used the money given by my two of my Uncles (as a graduation gift!).

I had it Gmasked today! Weepee! Single layer lang , cherries. I was supposed to have crystals stuck lang sana under the outer LCD to form a skull. But since putting the crystals can possibly do damage to the phone (like when you want them taken out na), and I can't cover it with a crystal case once the crystals have already been placed, I decided to just have it wrapped. And boy did it look hotter! Ha,ha.

I GOT ANOTHER PERM! At the F salon in Greenbelt. I was looking at the BedHead products when this familiar face came out of nowhere and asked, "Do you need any help?" I turn and end up starstruck. If I'm not mistaken he's the internationally acclaimed stylist who now works at the F salon. How stupid can I actually get to forget his name?

Sarap pala magpa-thread ng eyebrows! Try niyo!

Later that day, Drew and I met up too.

Getting another perm and Mom getting her hair dyed.

At Chef d' Angelos.

Tada! I love the flip'n'toe cellphone accessory I got at Colorstone too! Ha,ha.
Hello Eyebags.

I know I'm outdated but I'm in love with it.

Yay! Another Bed Head product. I really am a bed head, actually.

Tomorrow Drew and I will be meeting up again at Shangri-la (with my Mom of course) so I can finally buy the shirt I had reserved (thanks Zuv! heehee) and a shirt I can give as a gift for Drew's sis at Zara .

Then we'll be watching BORAT! Yay.

OH AND Paris and Nicole are BFFs again! I just grabbed the December copy of OK! Magazine ( I just love Paparazzi photos, seriously!) and read that they're BACK to being friends again. That's good news! Looking forward to seeing Pap photos of Mischa, Lindsay, Paris and Nicole all hanging-out together.

Need to get some rest! I've been sleeping for less than eight hours almost everyday, including weekends! Really, really cruel. Someone get me an OST of The Beach, please! Its a way better alternative than sleeping pills.

And yes, I FORGOT. How stupid can I get? KILL ME NOOOW!

I really do do do do super love and miss you to bits.
I know you had fun yesterday! Can't wait to see you again!

Me want bed.

I can't wait 'til we turn three!

Ha,ha. Okay enough.

Me want bed.

What's your heartsong?

I really thought I wouldn't be able to see it today.
I still have so much I want to see. BORAT, ANG PAMANA ... Yikes.
(Cariri if you're reading this, pinagbigyan ako ni Mommy! hahaha. We'll be super busy up until the day before our flight. But we still manage to squeeze in time for Mumble! heehee.)

HAPPY FEET isn't your typical animated film. I love that it's a musical animated film. I hope kids would learn how to appreciate musicals more after watching it. Plus it also talked about animal rights. And I love that.

Speaking of animal rights, I want you guys to read this entry I typed on Multiply regarding animal rights, and how strongly I feel about it.

Here's the link:

Animal cruelty stops now.
Help me, Help them!

I was just watching this documentary on NatGeo about an outbreak coming from the pigs. And they were just pushing them into this pit and burrying them alive. They also shot them to death, and the pigs were screaming.

Are people really (this) cold-hearted these days?

Wait a minute.
No really.

Whatever I saw on Happy Feet today, I hope people really were as caring and as compassionate as they were in the movie.

Animals deserve their part of the world. And you might think of it as boring, but wait until it would really affect you. I just hope you won't regret that you didn't even lift a finger when that day comes.

ANYWAYS, that's enough ire for the day.

I haven't found my heartsong yet, because the song hasn't been made for me yet. Err. it hasn't been composed or released yet, I guess. Or maybe because I easily lose myself. Don't worry. Just because I don't have a heartsong doesn't make me any less of a person.

I can be Mumble.

And so I leave you with this (really silly but cute) question:

A ton in my shoulders.

Ack. Sorry. My blog isn't really fixed yet.

When can I say that and make it end with an exclamation point?
When can I stop asking questions?
When can I stop asking questions.

This has been one of the weirdest phases of my life.

First of all, I claimed my transcript of records from school a few days ago, and saw
"... Ms. Almasco graduated on the 27th of October, 2006."

There was no reaction.

I went blank! Like, "SO?"
I graduated. As I expected I graduated on October.

For some reason I know I should be happy about that.
So long to the days when I have to get up at 6AM to take a shower but end up skipping class and regretting it later.
So long to arguing by Andrew's window and screaming both our lungs out regardless of knowing that everyone can hear us and gossip about it later.
So long to dating on a daily basis.
So long to being less than an hour away from an impromptu Tagaytay date.

So really, is that something I should be happy about?

Everything happened so fast.
The next thing I knew all my stuff were in blackbags scattered around the house, and the dorms were empty.

I can no longer hear my boyfriend's voice everyday.
I can no longer barge into Anna's and Kat's dorms without knocking.
I can no longer diss the people dissing me.

But oh well.
Let's walk down memory lane for a while.

Giddy Abbie in uniform. Ha,ha.

I used to hate it. Now I really miss being in it!

The days we used to sit by the Rotonda by day.
We usually sit there at night time kase

SM. Wala nang choice eh.

I will miss taking up summer classes.

And summer escapades, either its just us or with friends I love.

And spending really boring days at the kubo.

This month (God willing), I'm spending a few months in Jeddah, and when I come back, I could finally start focusing on my future.

It's something that scares me nowadays. I still haven't made up my mind on what I want to do with my life.
I've never felt so... senseless in my entire life. EVER.

But oh well. Who knows, its going to dawn on me soon.

I hope ISDA takes me back. Will elaborate on that some other time.

Anyways, here are photos from this weekend. Andrew spent them here, remember?

Mga gusgusin.

After attending mass. Yes, retainers. Grr.

Andrew's ALA ARABIA tat on my arm. Ha,ha!

Andrew's hairy leg and the "tattoo" I drew the next day.

I couldn't believe I won't be able to watch Happy Feet tomorrow. Not on the iMax theatre? After swearing to myself that I wouldn't miss it for the world?

The days have gone real slow for me. I wonder when everything's going to be so hectic again I feel suicidal.

And it just didn't stop honking.

I'm sorry I love making words up.

Today my Mom and I had another lunchdate at Bubba Gump's after getting tickets in Makati. Sitting next to our table was Cheska Garcia having lunch with her Dad! Minutes later, her boyfriend Doug Kramer arrived. She looks much hotter in person pala! But I avoided looking at them too much para naman hindi bastos. I was supposed to have a photo taken with her but I was too shy, even if I know that she wouldn't mind with her uber-down to earth attitude.

Yes, unleash the fan within. Ha ha.

What I loved about Cheska is how she isn't your typical successful celebrity. She doesn't talk out loud for people to notice her, she doesn't speak pa-conyo english, and she smiled at ordinary people like us. Well my Mom. I couldn't look at her in the eye because I was so intimidated! But my Mom told me she was looking at me daw nung nagkasalubong kami on the way to the Ladies Room. Too bad I didn't see her, but my Mom smiled at her, and she smiled back! I also love how at ease the vibe is around her, unlike other celebs when they're around. Parang you can't act like yourself. But I love how she doesn't give out that vibe. No wonder she's so successful!

It was my first time to take the LRT on our way to the Emirates Ticketing Office. And my first time to ride an airconditioned jeepney as well. It was so cool.

We also snagged two pairs of Havaianas, the Christmas limited edition ones. I love that it comes in a plastic case and a free keychain!

Silver's Mine, and Gold's for Mom!

Drew is here again for the weekend! Ha ha. I'm so happy.

I know we look like doooorks.

Lucy, if you're reading this, I bought John Mayer's CD already! You're a good persuader. I haven't listened to it yet, although I know you'd choke me because its something you wouldn't do. Ha ha.

OKAY. THAT ENDS IT. Andrew is currently in the shower, and I'm next in line when he's... okay he just got out in his towel.

"I forgot my clothes."

What a tease.

Greed. Selfishness comes with the zodiac sign. Its not something to be proud of, I'm just being honest. Haha. Oh and Sloth. :-D

The Affair of the Silver Platter.

One of the things really pressuring me right now is thinking about getting a job.

Its just so hard to think about it. When you were younger, everything was ready for you. Everything was on a silver platter, but now...

Life after college, you just have to learn how to make the silver platter yourself.

Its so nakaka-pressure. I mean, that's one thing about loving school so much, you forget to think about what you want to do in life.

What's even weirder is, when I was far from graduating I thought my dream jobs were so easy to reach. But now that I'm done... I just feel like... its going to take me...forever before I accomplish them. That's really fucked up.

I'm saaad. I want to do a lot of things pa, but whenever my parents ask me what my plans are I go blank!

Mom and I went to school to claim a few papers required for you don't wanna know what, and the most important thing we did there was to visit Andrew. We hung-out at "Shovel-Shovel" for awhile, saw The Grudge 2 (ew) and then we headed to Town. Good thing Andrew's group meeting was cancelled, but we only found out at like 4PM. If we only found out earlier we could've seen School for Scoundrels at Town! Ack.
And then we got him a pair of Havs! Yay!

I really had fun hanging out with two of my most-loved people. I can feel the lurve we all have for each other, its just so...relieving. Its what's been making me really happy these days.

Jeez, one of THE most tiring days evvver! But fun. Mommeh and I went to Galleria to claim the cheques from Summit (YAY! I missed riding the MRT!) Then we headed to Shang, got two 3D slippersocks from Debenhams! But I was looking for this skull necklace I saw in Seventeen a few months back. But alas, say hello to my detachable Hello Kitty and Eeyore heads. Haha.

We were supposed to look for Skull-printed Havs in Chocolate but I ended up eyeing on this Skull-printed Goorin Fedora hat. So I got that instead. And I finally got myself mailman-like shorts from Bayo (finally, something that fits me. Hirap talaga pag size 0 or 6 ka). Grr.

Uhuh! hahaha.

I bought November issues of Summit magazines, and after reading Candy, I just got SO jealous of that OTH fan that was able to take photos of OTH stars! OMG James Lafferty! Chaaaad! Haha. She's so lucky! Kudos, kudos!

Hay. Here goes.
Walang araw na hindi ako ginigising ng maaga ng Nanay ko! Pero okay lang.

Me me want Happy Feeeet! Eeek. iMax!!! iMax!!! iMax!!! Woohoo! Ha ha.

Just took this NOW, sitting my ass in front of the PC. hahaha!

Guess why.

"Let them eat cake!"

Very randominable.
Yes I just made that word up.

Before, I used to cry out of nowhere, out of thinking about Andrew and how happy he makes me. I loved that feeling. But what I love the most is when Andrew becomes too sweet to handle, out of nowhere.

ANDREW : Ayaw mo nun? Makikita mo nanaman ang Jeddah. :-) Ako makakasama mo naman habang buhay eh, kaya dapat i-enjoy mo muna yung other things. :-)

Enough said.

And Rockstars can have kikay kits too! I'm sure you agree with me, Tommy Lee! Ha ha!

Thanks Mom, for revamping my ouulld kikay stuff for me! Ha ha!

FINALLY! The latest additions to my loot : TIGI Bed Head Uptight, Laura Mercier Foundation Powder, Model Co Lip and Cheek Tint, Nars Lip Lacquer, Clarins Eyeliner, L'oreal Volume Shocking Mascara. I retained the MAC Lipglass, Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler, Carmex Lip Balm and Lancome Juicy Tubes. I couldn't find my DuWop Lip Venom! Grr.

And I finally get to try a new Self-tanning lotion! And so I bid goodbye to my Model Co Self Tan in a Can. For now. Ha ha.

Say hello to a Merry Tanember!

I honestly never thought I would be able to get this. I was just drooling over it on a Magazine (actually, Preview to be exact. What else would I be reading?).

I asked my Mom that we go check it out when we were at Town, and when she heard that they were selling the last piece (two were already reserved and the other one got sold), I looked at her with puppy eyes (I had already tried it on by then) and she gave me that look and next thing you know she was reaching for her wallet and I was jumping in disbelief.

Hello, Ms. YAPang! Ha ha.

Ipag-YAPang mo!

Thank you, Tim Yap. For giving us another reason to be proud of our race.

My Mom and I saw Marie Antoinette today lang. Been really busy the entire week I couldn't even reply to my comments, I only had time for Multiply.

I made a review regarding the movie in my Multiply account. Go check it out.

She is definitely going to rock your world!

I loved the soundtrack too. Definitely buying it. And I'm getting it on Original DVD! Hah!

Kudos to Sofia Coppola for another well-directed flick! As understated as that sounds.

One of the many things I love about my Mom is how she never fails to think about my boyfriend.

Whenever we go shopping she always gets something for Andrew!
Mom, you're the sweetest. That goes for you too, Pops.

We're going to pay him a visit on Wednesday and I just cannot wait (I CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT WAIT) to see him again. Feeling ko parang OBB ng Pangako Sa Yo ang kalalabasan naming dalawa. Pero okay lang. Sa ganon nararamdaman namin eh.

Babe! Let's make out in public when we see each other! Hindi na ako huhulihin ng Discipline Officer kase di na ako nag-aaral eh! Ha ha! ... Hu hu. :-(

Oh well. I trust you Andrew. Bitchslap all the bitches surrounding you okay? Just like I taught you. Attaboy. Okay Sit! Stay!
Ha ha. I'm kidding.

Baaaaaabe. Let's get married already!!! Grr.

Bump, bump, bump!

I was in Glorietta yesterday and guess who I bumped into.

Ha ha. So I was walking with my Mom and I saw her, I went like, "OMG". When she saw me, that's where we both went almost hysterical.

And what's funny is, when we both bumped into each other, I was like this kiti-kiti I kept bumping into people. She still looks great! I miss her.

Shawee we should really meet up soon. I miss you girls.

Love is all about cussing.

Andrew and I texting a few minutes ago:

ANDREW : Putangina I lab yu!!!

Hahaha! Word. Ika nga ni Saab, "SKW!"

Love is a whole lot of stuff.

I don't know if I'm making sense. But hey, most people in love just get lost. And I mean that in a good way.
